Magnetic Needle Inclination
Specifications :
Includes : (1) Unit
This Magnetic needle inclination demonstrates the Earth’s magnetic field and illustrate the ‘Thumb Rule’. The mounting of the magnetic needle is in high qaulity aluminium support which ensures free rotation of the needle by limiting the effects of friction. This is mounted on a nice strong base. Clear degree gauge. With 105 mm long steel needle, fully rotatable. Fitted in a mount with adjustable agate bearings. The device can be rotated from the vertical (used as a dip needle) to the horizontal (used as a compass needle).

Magnetic Pendulum
Specifications :
The Random Oscillating Magnetic Pendulum (ROMP) is a popular desktop toy. It consists of a pendulum, with a small magnet attached to the end, which can swing freely over a metal base. On the base there are nine numbers of strong, disc-shaped magnets, which act on the pendulum with either an attractive or repulsive force. When the pendulum is displaced and released, it tends to swing in an erratic, unpredictable pattern. Due to friction, the pendulum eventually comes to rest over one of the magnets.
